Commercial and Industrial property can come with an exceptionally large tax bill, especially in Cook County. I work with owners to review their property and minimize their property tax liability.

In Cook County: I will appeal my client’s properties at the Cook County Assessor’s Office, the Cook County Board of Review, and the Property Tax Appeal Board of Illinois as needed.

DuPage, McHenry, Lake, Kane, Will, and anywhere else in Illinois: For most of the other counties there are only informal appeal opportunities with the local assessors. I can assist client’s with their appeals with the Assessor, as well as through each County’s Board of Review, and to the Property Tax Appeal Board.

All of my appeal work is done on a contingency basis with competitive rates.
